Broker Tom McColligan and Associate Broker Judy Rodonski launched Weichert
Realtors Paupack Group on December 1, 2006 with a start up team of 5 agents,
working in a small office above a pizzeria in downtown Hawley before moving to
our beautiful building on Route 6 by Lake Wallenpaupack.
They have added many more agents to their
team since those early days and have started an ambitious recruiting campaign to
add more quality agents in the near future. Their dedication to hard work and
excellent customer service has paid off: together with their team of agents and
hard working, dedicated administrative staff, they have created one of the most
successful real estate agencies in all of Wayne and Pike County, PA.

Tom McColligan, Broker / Owner
 Tom
has lived and worked in the area since beginning his real estate career in 1983,
owning three real estate offices over a 15 year period. He serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors and
is also a member of the Board of Directors there.
Additionally, Tom is a certified mediator for the Pennsylvania Association
of REALTORS. He is
also active serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pocono Lake
Region Chamber of Commerce.
Tom is the proud father of two, his son Tom
Jr., a Scranton fireman, his daughter Kristen, a certified registered nurse
anesthetist. Making him even prouder
is his new name, "Grandpa."
Judy Rodonski, Associate Broker / Owner
Judy holds designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI
(Graduate, Realtors Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) as well
as Associate Broker. She was named Sales Agent of the Year in 2004 and 2005, and
was a 5+ million dollar producer in 2005, while with another office. She worked
in "Corporate America" for 15 years and owned her own company, Baskets & More,
which she sold when she entered the real estate field in 2001. She has been an
area resident since 1992.
While co-managing the office with Tom, Judy spends her time training and
offering support to the agents, maintaining a high volume ($7+ million in 2010)
of her own real estate sales, and enjoying her granddaughter more than anything
else.

Patti and Roseann are invaluable assets; both working

they manage correspondence with
attorneys, inspectors, clients, and agents, along with other behind the
scenes tasks that make our Lake Wallenpaupack real estate office a success.
